Dealer File Format

If you are going to import a file via FTP to upload Dealers into Aimbase, you must follow this file format guide.

Use an excel spreadsheet, but be sure to save it as a .csv file. The field name will be the column headers in your file and below them in each column, you will have a value. For example, PurchaseDt is the Field Name and the Value is below it in YYYYMMDD format.

You can add as many dealers to one file as you want. Each individual dealer will be a row.

Once you have completed your file, go to our instructional guide on how to use a FTP software to upload your file successfully.
