There are manufacturer contacts that receive Satisfaction: Manufacturer Hot Alerts, Satisfaction: Manufacturer Perfect Score, and Satisfaction: Manufacturer Completed Survey

Dealer Contact Types - there are dealer contacts set up to recieve Hot Alerts, Perfect Score, Upcoming Survey, Completed survey

Outline specifics of what types of communications are sent to whom and when

Ex: OEM engages in Monthly newsletters, Nurture campaigns, Owner campaigns, CSI, etc.

Marketing Notifications 

Dealers are getting Lead Email: To and Lead Email: CC

Dealer Lead Delivery Audit (Daily) - Tiffany Troyer is set up as a manufacturer contact to recieve the DLD audit (daily) notifications

Segment Activity - Segment activity notifications are separated out by brand and are assigned to dealer contacts

Unopened Leads (daily) - dealer contacts are set up to receive these

Product Management

Products are manually updated. Typically this is done with CSI. MYCO should be discussed in May. 

 

Dealer Management

Dealers are updated manually. They do have regions and territories assigned to each dealer location. Since the install has multiple brands, it is important to have the brand on the dealer locations. 

Smoker Craft has dealer locations set up that are their territory manager's names. 

Dealer CRMs are not a priority at this time, but they do have a Skipper Bud's integration currently set up.
