US Bank Enrollment Overview:

The enrollment process was set up so that the dealer would go to the landing page, select enroll and be able to plug in their dealer number. This pulls the rest of the info and populates the form and they submit. The enrollment team at that point just confirms and uses this as an opportunity to upsell the Dealer. The bulk of the enrollment happened at the beginning of the program, prior to launch and we now have forms coming in gradually. The US Bank team also is consistenly talking about the program to their dealers.

Onboarding Steps:

Please note that upon launch we automatically pushed a set of dealers that had been enrolled and initially set up. Going forward for any new dealers signed an onboarding record will be created and assigned to the onboarding team.

There are a few key steps to onboarding the dealer:

  1. Updating Dealer fields to ensure Dealer has all information (web service provider etc.) Pushed to RMC. If in no other programs the setup is Base Dealer, US Bank Salesdriver component (more for tracking, as the program is what is pushed to RMC)
  2. Inventory Set-Up. Follow the standard inventory set up steps based upon the provider.
  3. Partner Program set up. The way that the sytstem knows to show this dealer on the US Bank marketplace is the Partner Program. Many have this set up already and just need to be confirmed as active.
  4. Verify that the inventory is showing up on the US Bank Marketplace

Note: The order form AND the addendum both need to be signed

In order to show on the marketplace the dealer must have signed the Rollick order form AND the US Bank addendum. The addendum shows in the Closed won opportunity.

Example Partner Program Set Up

To Verify that This has Updated RMC, please review the RMC screen and check for partner program

  1. Navigate to partner in RMC
  2. Review Partner Program section. (Note if Dealer is ONLY a US Bank dealer, it is not required that they have an OEM program)

Note:

The set up should show just as above. The dealer number is the US Bank Dealer number which can be found on the closed won opportunity. See the required fields above for the dealer to show properly. Note the Category is what tells the system where to show (RCV = RV , MAR= Marine, HTR = Horse Trailer. If it is Marine and RV then it will require two separate partner program records.

Verify Inventory in the RiPr

  1. Navigate to RMC and the Inventory tab. Select Dealer
  2. Select US Bank tab under program to ensure that the inventory is showing (if not, check your partner program set up)

Inventory Reporting

As a request from US Bank we have a daily report that goes out to the US Bank team with updates on inventory. This makes it important that we are updating the Inventory Status notes as that is what is being viewed by the US Bank Team and there is a regular meeting scheduled to review the inventory status.

Internal Report:

The goal is to have an open inventory case for every failed inventory. Note that the inventory notes section is key here as well as the inventory status reason.

Troubleshooting Steps:

Dealer is set-up, inventory is processing but inventory is not showing on US Bank

  • Check the partner program set up in SF and RMC
    • Is it set to active (1)
    • Is the segment selected?
  • If all looks ok with the above and dealer is active then create a prod support case.

Inventory is showing up for one segment but is not showing for the other (they are both RV and Marine)

  • Ensure that the dealer has a partner program set up for each segment and it is active
