Overview

To receive leads from us through Mailparser, please send us the unique email address for your Mailparser inbox.

We use a standardized lead email format, so the setup is very simple:

1. Create your Mailparser inbox. Ensure you set this new inbox with your desired integration.

     2. Send us the @mailparser.io inbox address.

     3. We will send a sample lead to that address.

            The fields we will provide are:

• Name
• Phone
• Email
• Vehicle
• Appt Type
• Date/Time Frame
• Customer Overview

4. Add the parsing rules via the automatic set up. 

Open the sample lead in Mailparser.  

Select Parsing Rules.  

Select Try Automatic Setup.

Review the fields that are parsers, then select Start with this template.

5. Let the wizard create the parsing rules from the sample email.

6. Review the extracted fields.

Once the fields are extracting correctly, you're all set. Every lead we send will use the same format, so the rules will continue to work automatically.
