When an inventory project kicks off an enrollment form is sent to the OEM's dealers who are invited to participate. The dealers must submit the enrollment form to join the queue for the Rollick dealer onboarding team to complete their setup. 

Once enrolled, the dealer onboarding engages with the dealer to collect the necessary details for their inventory to be made visibile. Throughout this process, the following challenges which may cause delays may present themselves:

1. Dealer utilizes a website provider who is not on Rollick's approved list/is custom. These setups are still possible; they just take more time.
2. Once the dealer enrolls, they become non-responsive to the Rollick team's attempts to connect for setup completion.

When dealers send us their inventory feeds, the data in the feed must be ‘mapped’ in order for it to appear on an OEM's website and/or the GoRollick Marketplace. The activity of mapping a unit compares the information provided in the dealers' feeds against the standard vehicle description data Rollick has at it's disposal. Some examples of this include product data from the OEM's website and/or spec sheets provided to Rollick by the OEM. When this comparison takes place, Rollick establishes a value called a trimId for that unit's unique characteristic (i.e. Make/Brand, Model Name, Model Year, Trim)
