To help keep your Aimbase environment secure and well-managed, we recommend regularly reviewing all users who have access to your account.
As teams, agencies, and business relationships evolve, some users may no longer need access to Aimbase. Reviewing user accounts helps ensure that only current employees and authorized third-party partners can access your lead management data and tools.
Why Do Regular Access Reviews Matter?
Regular user access reviews are a key component of good user governance and help your organization:
- Protect customer and lead data from unauthorized access
- Remove inactive users and former employees
- Validate access granted to agencies, contractors, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate permissions and accountability across your team
- Support security and compliance best practices
We recommend that OEM administrators periodically review their user list and deactivate accounts that are no longer required. Taking a few minutes to keep user access up to date helps ensure your Aimbase environment remains secure, organized, and accessible only to the right people.
